I love the challenge of film photography. It disciplines me to consider camera settings for correct exposure and, the composition of the subject.
I love the challenge of film photography. It disciplines me to consider camera settings for correct exposure and, the composition of the subject.
I love the look of film; a soft, warm, nostalgic look from a time when photographers had to understand so many more aspects of their craft, unlike today's instant digital gratification.
Hey, don't get me wrong! As you see in my blog, I shoot digital also and those disciplines I have mentioned have taken root in my digital photography as well. I think it is a little ironic that there is software now that emulates the effect and look of film; why not just shoot film?
