One of the things I like about photography is that it is a recording of history.
That is why I love street photography so much! It captures the essence of a place in a given time; buildings and architecture, people going about their normal lives, the fashions of the day, those everyday happenings that don't make it into the history books.
It's also a great way to meet the people living locally.
